Management Company

The PHR North Homeowners Association is managed by Corvus Management Company (Corvus). Corvus is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our facilities and the enforcement of our community CC&Rs and Rules. Their team oversees new resident onboarding, architectural plan review, and community engagement.

Creating a service request through Corvus is done through our mobile app (installation instructions can be found here). General resident enquiries to Corvus can be sent to: info | at | phrnorth.com.

HOA Board of Directors

Three representatives of Pardee Homes, and two elected homeowner volunteers, comprise the five member HOA Board. While the majority of community management occurs through sub-committees, the HOA Board is responsible for operating, procedural and legal matters pertaining to the Association.

The elected homeowners serve a two year term, and are not remunerated for their time.

Our operating committees

Social Committee

The social committee is responsible for organizing and spearheading neighborhood-wide events to encourage social interaction and help strengthen our community. Large and small events occur throughout the year, and we are always looking for people to help! If you are interested in assisting please email: info | at | phrnorth.com

Landscape Committee

The committee provides oversight and guidance through Corvus to landscape vendors to ensure our common areas are being appropriately maintained. The group provides direction for investment in landscaping expansion and current maintenance matters; as well as where homeowner remediation may be required on their private lot.

Recreation Center Committee

This 5 member committee, representing a diverse number of our neighborhoods, helps set our recreation facilities policy to ensure equitable and fair use. This group of volunteers also ensures thoughtful investment in both new expansion and current maintenance of our facilities.

Curb Crime Committee

Formed in 2018, Curb Crime works to help educate residents on best practices to reduce criminal opportunities in the neighborhood, and increase awareness with a view to decrease crime.  This is done through-as-needed educational events and neighborhood wide communication.
