Getting the App

Pacific Highlands Ranch North HOA uses TownSQ mobile app to communicate with residents, and allow residents to make service requests.

How do I download the TownSq App?


TownSq is available for download on iOS and Android devices. Please follow the steps below to download the TownSq app:

  1. Open the Google Play Store (Android) or the iTunes store (iOS)

  2. Search or browse for “TownSq”

  3. Select the TownSq icon

  4. Tap Install

  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete.


How do I register for TownSq?

You will need your HOA account number. This will be found on any of your billing statements as a five digit number (xxxxx).

  1. Follow the instructions and create a password.

  2. Provide email address and create a password. This should be the email address you have already provided the HOA when you closed escrow.

If you get a message “Your community uses TownSQ and you don’t have access yet.” ensure your HOA five digit account number is correct and you are using an email address that has previously been provided to the HOA when you closed escrow (which could also be a spouses/partners email).

That’s it! You're now registered and logged in to TownSq!

Please give Corvus a few 1-2 weeks after you close escrow to send out your invitation to TownSq. If you do not receive the invitation after a few weeks, please contact Corvus at info|at|phrnorth.com.
